Area Manager Shoes
International fashion brand present in over 40 countries, with an authentic design and a passion for details, with approximately 900 directly managed retail stores and over 6,000 wholesale points of sale, including franchise stores.

We are currently looking for an Area Manager in Shoes division, that overviews our customers portfolio and increase brand sales in the northern Italy. Travelling attitude and experience is strongly requested.
Location is based in Milan.
- Drive all customers KPI’s ensuring business goals are achieved
- Responsible for achieving Shoes budget and forecast
- Execution in the order process
- Enforce permanent sales, drive replenishment (b-shop)
- Ensure effective cash collection with own customers
- Frequent customer visits in order to ensure the implementation of the strategic action plans
- Cooperate with customer service team to resolve all customer´s queries, claims and requests in an effective and efficient way
- Focus on excellent area management operations to ensure and improve customer performance
- Accuracy and respect of the deadline
- Be the local market observer (monitoring competition)
Skills And Experience
- Relevant sales Experience in Fashion Retail (Shoes market), minimum 5 years
- Excellent commercial mindset, Customer orientation, negotiation skills
- Sales attitude
- Proactive, Result Orientation, Analytic approach
- Good verbal and written English communication
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and IT skills
