We are looking for an Area Manger to join our team in Milan who will be responsible for managing field sales operations across the European market. The ideal candidate will be a skilled sales professional with extensive knowledge and experience in wholesale in the luxury fashion industry.

Responsibilities as Area Manager:

• Management of wholesale accounts across Italy and on an international level, in collaboration with the company managers;
• Development and execution of sales strategies to increase revenue and market share;
• Development and implementation of the sales network seeking new agents in uncovered areas;
• Development of new accounts;
• Presentation of the collection to national and international retailers, order placement;
• Management of seasonal sales campaigns, including booking, overseeing showroom diary & account management in collaboration with the other Area Mangers;
• Support in preparing budget by customer, negotiation of payment terms with customers.

The ideal candidate:

• Has 7-10 years of experience working in luxury fashion brands;
• Lives in Milan;
• Is proficient in English (C1-C2). Fluency in a second language is a plus;
• Is available for national and international trips;
• Has the ability to work in stressful situations and to work as part of a team;
• Has an active network of costumers in the fashion industry both in Italy and internationally;
• Previous experience in international markets other than Europe will be considered a plus;
• Demonstrated skills in problem solving and result orientation.
