As an Account Manager Communications, your primary responsibility will be to manage and maintain relationships with clients in the communications industry. You will serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the communications industry
- Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and concerns
- Understand and communicate client needs and objectives to internal teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of services
- Prepare and present reports on account status, including performance metrics and client feedback
- Experience managing brand partnerships
- Experience with guetslists and have e personal network.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling additional services
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide relevant insights to clients
- Monitor competitor activity within assigned accounts
Profilo
Requirements:
- Prior experience in account management or events, social PR role within the communications industry
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing client needs
- Aptitude for multitasking and managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
- A keen eye for detail and accuracy in delivering client requirements
- Proficiency in using CRM software or similar tools for managing client interactions is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to manage operations and supervise a team.
- You must be social, enjoy attending events and be passionate about art, fashion, design and travel.
