Descrizione del posto (Mansioni)

Reporting to the Training Manager EMEA and being part of the OMNI Training team, you will be in charge of all Italian stores with the focus on Milano, developing the retail teams through induction, training and coaching on the floor, contributing to business growth and meeting the needs of the country and stores.

• Ensures a consistent on-boarding and Induction for all new comers, including Managers
• Actively facilitate Product Training In collaboration with Buying team
• Animates and co-animates MIS trainings, MIS workshop, and all other programs contributing to the selling skills and client focus
• Support of the new Store Openings and projects rollout in collaboration with the Omnichannel team
• OMNI services support through training and integration in sales processes
• On the floor coaching on selling skills. Coaching the Coach with Store Managers and Managers
• Improve the format of morning briefs – more interactive, more educational
• Initiate and run training activities to support business needs
• Be the role model


  • 3-5 years of leadership experience with proven ability to develop teams – preferably in a luxury retail or hospitality setting
  • Experience in Training and Coaching
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills
  • Strong Verbal and Written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint)
  • Italian and English spoken and written. Other language a plus
  • Ability to motivate others and self-motivated
  • Commercial awareness and driven to achieve results
  • Ability to perform behavioural analysis and source creative solutions to drive the change
  • Credible and respected by both Managers and team
