The Controller Operations will report directly to the Finance Director Operations and will be responsible for managing and further developing industrial management control, creating and maintaining key operational performance indicators, and sharing these with the heads of production divisions. Key Responsibilities: Ensure timely reporting of both direct and indirect production costs, supporting the Finance team in the accurate accounting and analytical representation of Cost of Goods Sold (COGS). Act as a business partner to Business Unit leaders during budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring deadlines are met. Oversee inventory accounting using standard and actual average costing methods, ensuring accurate valuation for monthly closings. Prepare periodic reports on production variances, highlighting major discrepancies and proposing corrective actions where needed. Monitor R&D and sample-related activities, providing ongoing support to the Product department in managing individual budgets, revisions, and actuals. Develop and maintain internal reporting to track progress against budget, providing the necessary KPIs for performance monitoring. Support management in evaluating new initiatives within the Operations and Supply Chain areas. Your Talent: Degree in Economics, Business Administration, or Management Engineering. Previous experience in a similar role (minimum 3-4 years). Strong understanding of industrial processes and cost accounting. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with various roles and departments. Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite. Accuracy and strong analytical skills in data management and interpretation. Good command of English (written and spoken). Knowledge of Stealth and SAP systems is a plus. Previous experience in the fashion industry is an advantage. Familiarity with Power BI will be considered a plus. Reporting to the Head of Quality and operating within the Quality Department based in Novara, the Product Compliance Coordinator is responsible for ensuring product compliance across all Stella McCartney product categories (RTW, Bags & Accessories, Shoes).The role collaborates also closely with the After Sales team on aspects related to the General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) and serves as a key liaison between the company and external laboratories and consultants. The position ensures adherence to global product regulations, including chemical compliance, product safety, customs requirements, and labeling. Additionally, the role maintains close collaboration with the Sustainability Team and the Corporate Social Responsibility & Human Rights function. Key Responsibilities Maintain and regularly update the Product Restricted Substances List (PRSL) in collaboration with external consultants; ensure timely communication of PRSL updates to internal stakeholders and suppliers. Coordinate external laboratory testing activities, working closely with raw material teams and product development to proactively identify and resolve material compliance issues. Act as key point of contact between the company, laboratories and consultants for all testing and compliance-related matters. Support the correct flow of product compliance information across departments, ensuring that all design, development and production teams, are clearly informed on the regulatory constraints and risks related to materials used in sampling and production. Collaborate closely with the Sustainability Team to align product compliance efforts with environmental certification requirements and supplier sustainability standards. Prepare internal reports and summaries to monitor ongoing compliance activities and communicate findings and risks to relevant departments. Requirements Educational background in Chemistry, Engineering or related disciplines, preferably with a specialization in Product Compliance (Bachelor's or Master's degree). 4-5 years of experience in product compliance, ideally gained within the fashion industry or in consultancy firms. Familiarity with technical systems and a strong curiosity towards processes and data flows. Solid analytical skills, both qualitative and quantitative. Excellent communication skills in Italian and English, written and spoken. Demonstrated proactivity, problem-solving mindset, and a strong teamwork attitude. Willingness to travel for supplier visits, audits or laboratory follow-ups. Technical Skills Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced knowledge of Excel. Experience with ERP systems (knowledge of Stealth is a plus). The Logistics Specialist will report to Global Supply Chain Planning and Logistics Manager, in Novara (Italy). The resource will work along with the Supply Chain Planning and Logistics Team, based in Novara, and the Regional Logistics Managers based within the regional markets. The main goal of the function is to keep the logistic costs structure under control and improve the efficiency of the logistic processes. Key Responsibilities: - Support cross-country logistics budgeting and monthly reporting by collecting, validating, and analyzing cost data from warehouses and 3PL partners. - Monitor logistics contracts' KPIs (e.g. service level, lead times, transport costs) and support the negotiation of terms and conditions with external providers. - Contribute to the design and implementation of cost-saving initiatives, including process re-engineering and efficiency projects in collaboration with Regional Logistics Managers. - Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis to identify performance gaps across warehouses, supporting daily operations and decision-making. - Act as key user for logistics functionalities within the company's ERP (Stealth 3K), supporting testing, training and issue resolution activities.
