We are seeking a Brand and Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Milan.The ideal candidate must be able to come in and hit the ground running, as this is a busy team. They must have previous experience in PR and partnerships and strong communication skills, complemented by a high level of numeracy and analytical attitude.They must be comfortable delivering on multiple work streams and prioritising conflicting demands while delivering outstanding customer service.The Brand and Digital Marketing Coordinator should have high personal, professional, and ethical standards, be a self-starter, have meticulous attention to detail and be willing to go the extra mile, with meticulous attention to detail.Solid experience in digital marketing, and expertise in Canva and Mail Chimp,Klavio etc. is essential. In addition, strong computer literacy, particularly in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, is essential, as is a degree from a recognised university or business school.Contract: full time Based in MilanDuties include but are not limited to:BRAND COORDINATORContribute to develop and implement the overall PR international strategyCultivate and maintain strong relationships with journalists, media outlets, influencers, and industry professionals.Manage all editorial requestsOversee samples tracking Oversee seasonal gifting processCraft compelling press releases, media kits, speeches, and other PR materials and ensure delivery of PR materialsCreate and manage networks and partnershipsDIGITAL ASSISTANTDevelop & deliver digital emailsPrepare digital content for all business assets: website, emails, social media, advertising and anything else that might require content copyAnalyse, evaluate and adapt project marketing activity, as requiredProvide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer serviceCollaborate internally across product, sales, support, and marketing to facilitate a seamless customer experience.Oversee online stockLiase with online couriers
