GOYARD ST HONOREJob OverviewGoyard is looking for Sales Associates (permanent positions) for its Milano boutique.Key responsibilitiesAs part of your missions, you will share the values of Maison Goyard with a demanding clientele and will be able to showcase the full range of our savoir-faire (trunk maker, leather goods maker, luggage maker) and our products.By joining us, you will be part of a tradition, a history and a timelessness linked to two centuries of existence.In compliance with our procedures and standards, as part of a dynamic and committed team dedicated to the reputation of Goyard, you will provide high quality advice and sales services to our customers. As such, you will be required to:Welcome the customers in the discovery of our brand and our productsAccompany them in defining their needs to offer them a response that is as close as possible to their expectationsShare and spread the values and history of GoyardGuarantee the good maintenance of the boutique to provide the best service possible Thus, you guarantee a high-quality service and the loyalty of local and international clients.Required qualifications and skillsYou will have at least some experience in sales in the luxury field and have a strong appetite for customer relations. Versatile, organized, and reactive, you can adapt quickly to your environment. Your ability to accompany the customer in his discovery of the House, to advise him in the best way possible and to conclude the sale with efficiency will allow you to succeed in the missions that will be entrusted to you.
