Descrizione del posto


Duties and Responsabilities:

•Responsible of the HR controlling process
•Lead new projects implementation on Personnel Cost Management
•Oversee the management of HR Systems related to HR Controlling
•Oversee and perform labor costs
•Ensure HR and Finance KPI’s analysis and reporting
•Check the personnel data consistency at worldwide level by specific procedures/guidelines
•Support HR function on cost control to align with expected cost strategies/budget
•Supervise the activities of the assigned junior HR controller



•    Education: degree or equivalent title
•    At least 5 year experience as Finance controller  or HR Controller in international environment
•    Excellent economical and financial analytical skills are required
•    Good communication skills and team building attitude
•    Fluent knowledge of English
•    Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
