The Sales Manager will deal with the following job responsabilities:

•Responsible of the Business development for division assigned
•Territorial Prospection
•Major account – Showroom appointment with assortment review
•Oversee small accounts (handled by sales assistants) + Sales Agents (Benelux and Spain)
•Analysis of KPI + weekly trade reviews with Major Accounts
•Budget – sales budged forecast for all territories with seasonal split + door count (and revision twice a year)
•Supervision of back office and customer service activities (order entry, PO# Chasing,swaps, reorders, returns, claims)
•Monitor shipment report with the sales team
•Weekly follow up with credit dept
•Old season stock management

Sales campaign
In collaboration with the showroom assistant and the rest of the team
•Coordination and selection of Temp Staff (pullers/models)

In collaboration with the divisional merchandiser, the sales manager handles all the below activities:
•Monitor Milan Samples arrival
•Edit of the collection based on US selling strategy + EU needs
•Manage sample sets for agents & organize product training for their sales teams
•Coordinate samples shipment for accounts’ product shooting
•Review of the €/GBP Pricing of the collections based on a strategic pricing analysis of the competitors landscape
•Interaction with Retail Outlet team to diversify selection with the FP distribution
•Collection Pre buy based on forecast + inventory buy
•Review “booked not cut” at the end of market and work on replacements

•Contribute to all marketing activities related to the division assigned, such as events, windows, pop ups, coop advertising etc.


The ideal candidate will have:
  • University Degree
  • More than 5 years of experience in wholesale preferably in International Sales Contemporary RTW brands. Experience with key accounts and department stores is a key requirement
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Other european languages will be considered a plus
  • Proficiency in computer skills in particular Excel and Power Point
  • Retail maths understanding
  • Strong social skills and ability to communicate and establish relations at all levels
  • Ability to work within a dynamic team environment
  • Passion for the fashion world

  • Strong time management and organizational skills
