The Sales Associate is responsible for providing a personalized client experience, building strong client relationships, meeting and exceeding sales objectives.
Client and Business oriented
•Represent Aquazzura as an Ambassador of the brand;
•Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients to satisfy their needs;
•Build up a loyal Clientele;
•Demonstrate an active role on the selling floor;
•Product knowledge and sensitive to competitor’s trading activities.
•Working within established guidelines, procedures, policies and standards of the Company;
•Ensure the achievement of individual and Store goals, improving and developing the business;
•Be able to correctly operate the retail systems (stock transfer, payments, customer data base, etc.);
•Attaching price tags to merchandise on the shop floor;
•Involved in the Stock and Inventory;
•Reporting discrepancies and problems to the supervisor;
•Maintain merchandising standards.
- Minimum 3-5 years sales experience in fashion and luxury contexts (profiles that don't reflect this requirement will not be considered);
- Dynamic, friendly and engaging personality;
- Must be customer-oriented;
- Action and Sales oriented;
- Excellent customer and service attitude;
- Strong communication skills;
- Luxury product knowledge;
- Fluent in Italian and English, other languages are a plus.
