The Sales Associate implements superior customer service, reaches his/her sales targets and is an Ambassador of the Brand while adhering to policies and procedures.
- Interact with clients, provide advice in the sales of watches, straps and accessories.
- Cultivate strong client relationships and maintain a high level of follow up with clientele.
- Assist with inventory, repairs processing and special projects as needed.
- Assist clients with customer service needs and maintain the Brand’s high standards.
- Ensure that all cash, receipts, invoices and documentation are handled in accordance with Company policies and procedures.
- Build a client database by acquiring new customers as well as enhancing relationships with current clients.
- English and Italian fluent (both spoken and written). Russian will be a plus
- Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities.
- Excellent computer skills.
- SAP knowledge is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
