Achieves sales target and ensure that opportunities are sized maximizing profitability and growth for new business opportunity within his/ her assigned territory, by effectively implementation of Commercial and Brand Management guidelines.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Sell in- Canvass follow up
•Collect orders from partners
•Implement all the initiative planned
•Ensure to sell in order transmission
•Daily, weekly, monthly reporting to AM about field activities
•Qualitative feedbacks related to the canvass activities
People Management
•Manage, coach and develop a Visual Merchandiser
Brand Management
•Ensure and maintains visual merchandising implementation according to Swarovski standards
•Support in implement local in store initiatives
Sell out - Store visit
•Monitor correct implementation of all the Swarovski business tools
•Support in maximize sales performance, increase KPIs and customer satisfaction experience (CRM, VOC etc.)
•Qualitative feedbacks related to store’s performance
Credit Management
•Management of credit in order to guarantee the return of the proceeds
•Monitoring customer's solvency
Competitive Arena and Business Development
•Support Area Manager, Distribution & Development Manager in development of the roll out ( New openings, relocation, refurbishment, down/upgrade and succession plan for the IR partner
•Scouting and suggestion for new locations or new partners
•Monitoring of the Market, Competitive behavior and performance in the territory

Profilo

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:  Bachelor  Degree.
YEARS OF PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: 5-8 years.
LANGUAGE SKILLS: Local language
MAIN SKILLS :
Office (Excell, Power Point), sales analysis, forecast analysis, ability to negotiate, account management, deliver coaching & training to the team, leadership skills, high flexibility, willingness to travel (80% of the time), sense of organization, time management, proactivity, proposing new solution to customers, sense of responsibility.
