Main Assignments
- Is responsible of its own department performance (RTW / Shoes)
- Develops and maintains excellent product knowledge, an understanding of current products, trends and collections
- Ensures the department is available (on the display and/or in the stock)
- Maintains high standards of product presentation
- Provides excellent customer service and uses appropriate sales techniques to ensure department targets are met
- Understands customer product requirements, is a point of reference for merchandising team as he/she provides effective qualitative feedback on the collections
- Is a point of reference on the area of expertise for the rest of the team, conducts morning briefs to share the information he/she has to improve the department performance
- Ensures link selling by promoting all categories, in line with Bottega Veneta Client Journey
- Utilizes the CRM to promote the area of expertise

Profilo

Qualifications


- Two years' minimum experience within a luxury brand in the area of expertise


- In-depth department knowledge: collections knowledge in terms of technical and stylistic aspects, ability to effectively present the collections inspiring customers


- Ability to work closely with Store Management and Brand Ambassador to ensure department sales targets are achieved


- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


- Ability to provide excellent customer service and to build relationships with clients


- Team player
