Four Corners is the business line of AHCG, specialized in recruiting high profile professionals in the Fashion, Luxury and Lifestyle market. On behalf of an important Luxury firm, we are now looking for:

Retail Operations Manager in Store– Luxury

The Operations Manager, reporting to the Boutique Director, will be responsible of the supervision of all the support activities of the Store: Cash desk, stocks, maintenance, security and after-sales service. He/she contributes directly to guarantee an impeccable service and optimizes the boutique results in accordance with the commercial strategy and image of the Company.

Responsibilities:
•Plan and direct the boutique operations coordinating the support team;
•Manage service providers and ensure compliance with the Boutique charter and all applicable procedures (checkout, inventory, stock, security, etc.);
•Analyze the sales and the results of the Boutique;
•Manage transfers, special order and booked products, control turning inventories and prepare annual inventory;
•Analyze stock levels, sell through and check orders;
•Guarantee the after sales service in terms of ensure the correct management of quality returns;
•Maintenance and safety: guarantee the necessary safety devices in the Boutique as well as security of people.

The ideal candidate outlined above shows the following characteristics:
•An extensive experience in Retail of the least 6-10 years in the field of Luxury and Fashion on Back Office functions with a high-value management position;
•Passionate about the luxury goods business;
•Excellent management and organizational skills as well as a real analytical and synthesis spirit
•Strong leadership, ability to lead and drive performance and involving people in daily challenges;
•Fluency in Italian and English with preferably another European language ranging from French, Spanish or German;
•Excellent organizational and problem solving skills, as well as initiative and orientation to achieve the objectives;
•A natural predisposition to interpersonal relations;
•A strong service orientation to customer relations care.
