Descrizione del posto

Role Mission
Reporting to the head of the Department, he/she has the responsibility to support the Regional Inventory Planning Teams among the Regions for the definition of workflows and communication processes with both Local and Corporate management and to coordinate the resources in all the daily activities, as described below:
Key Accountabilities
- Execute inventory allocation and replenishment strategies from Distribution Centers to the Stores in coordination with Central and Local Merchandising Teams
- Ensure the correct balance of inventory at store level according to the defined assortment
- Monitor and control the Sales and Stock levels in the Region
- Evaluate the stock allocation and distribution on the base of sales and inventory situation, in order to maximize the service level in Region and support objectives of Business
- Coordinate the reverse logistic flows, starting from the Stores up to the Central Distribution Center
- Collaborate with Logistic Department and 3PL to monitor lead time, logic of picking and packing, scheduling of deliveries, distribution time to reach the stores and propose actions to improve the service level and the reduction of distribution costs
- Manage the stock consolidation and rebalancing processes

Profilo

Job Requirements
- Scientific / Technical education (business administration, statistics, mathematics, engineering or related fields)
- 4 - 5 years' experience
- Experience in retail environment with hands-on knowledge of retail processes and procedures;
- Strong analytical abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail oriented
- Extreme accuracy & precision
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a team environment
- Experience in using of MS Office, ERP Systems and BI tools in order to monitor performances and KPIs
- Experience with size analysis
- Availability to travel
- Luxury fashion house experience preferred but not required
