On behalf of our estemeed customer, International Luxury Company with offices in Milan, we are recruiting the following profile:


Duties and responsibilities:

-Reporting to Global VP Merchandising, responsibility for establishment of merchandising objectives, goals and targets in his/her competence area
-Set up of collection structure
-Identification of products trends (a special feeling for shoes and leathergoods category is mandatory)
-Production of weekly/monthly and yearly reports and analysis for the Board
-Drafting of various quantitative analysis and benchmark / competitor analysis
-Active participation in the change management phase of the company
-Organize a centralized merchandising able to lead buying activities locally
-Regular contacts with Countries and Regions and with Local Buyers
-Deep collaboration with Designers
-Lead and actively participate to buying activities in retail context


The ideal candidate have the following skills, knowledge and experience:
  • Qualified degree in Economics / Fashion Design or similar studies
  • At least 5/7 years of experience as Merchandising Manager in Luxury field
  • Background in International Retail Luxury company
  • Proven experience and knowledge of MAN products and Category (focus on shoes and leathergoods)
  • Experience with people management
  • 30/40 years old
  • Confidence with reports and analysis
  • Fluent ENGLISH is compulsory
  • Fluent ITALIAN will be considered more than an asset
  • Communicational and interpersonal skills, smart with Business Acumen, Natural Leadership attitude
