Our client is an Italian Top Luxury Brand specialized in accessories and RTW; for the Mainland China operations we are currently recruiting

MARCOM DIRECTOR

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Lead the company’s development and execution of marketing communication initiatives i.e. product launches campaigns, social media presence, PR, ... in order to support the company building and enhancing brand awareness
-Drive a strategic internal and external communication, defining local marketing strategies in accordance with the HQ guidelines
-Develop and manage the social and digital marketing&communication
-Develop and manage retail marketing and communication program for customer acquisition and retention
-Act as principal contact for media relations including briefing the executive and senior management for media activity. Determine projects priority and internal&external execution, managing relationships with main vendors
-Provide strategic counsel to executive and senior management teams to build and protect corporate brand name and image
-Manage the marketing budgeting and planning process/execution

Profilo

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Min Bachelor degree in marketing or related subjects or equivalent experience
  • Min 10 years in marketing function in B2B environments across Mainland China region
  • International experience/background with the ability to influence in a multinational environment
  • Ability to analyze trends and competitors in a constantly changing industry, identifying room of improvement and communication tools
  • Fluent in both Mandarin and English
  • Strong leadership and team spirit
  • Flexible, commercially driven, strong communication and negotiating skills
