We are looking for Key Account Manager Franchising based in Shanghai.

Job Description:

Franchisee: ability to liaise with existing franchisees from any point of view of the business, included but not limited to sales, product, pricing, communication, marketing, promotions, discounts, deliveries, payments, training, visual, KPIs

-Store Sales: ability to support the existing franchisees to generate additional store sales, with the particular goal to increment the sales per square meter of the existing stores

Product / Merchandising: ability to understand Menswear Products and sell the collections during the showroom sales campaigns

Training: ability to give product and selling techniques training to shop staff, in line with the corporate policies

Reporting: ability to create qualitative and quantitative reports to support the strategic decisions of the Direction

Problem solving: ability to solve the problems efficiently and quickly

Competitors: ability to benchmark competitors and proactively suggest to the Direction improvements of the business flows

Business trips: open to travel extensively throughout China and seldom to Italy


Experience: at least 3-5 years in a similar commercial position, preferably with exposure to the franchising business model. Previous experience working in International Imported Menswear Brands at Store Level is required
Languages: mother tongue Chinese Mandarin and fluent in English
