Role Mission:
As transversal function, the Procurement Expert IT and Professional services implements procurement actions, optimizes projects, contributes to vendors selection, costs saving and reports feedback to different corporate team.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategies and projects
- Contribute to define and implement strategies on projects about different categories under his/her responsibility
- The resource is responsible for strategies and actions to be implemented at Brand or Group level
- Identify optimization projects, opportunities, define relevant policies per categories in consistency (mission, actions, policy, …) and compliance with Brand and Group policies
- Set economic and/or qualitative targets and KPIs for each procurement action
- Manage expenses analysis
- Conduct purchasing projects (specification work, sourcing, appropriate levers identification, negotiation, contract) in close partnership with functional stakeholders
- Select, manage, evaluate suppliers performance and compliance
- Provide expertise and support (deliverables, best practices, framework…) to promote procurement guidelines, processes and best practices
- With the support of a Purchasing Specialist reporting to him/her, ensure the full workflow of ordering and contracts for IT expenses
- Report projects and performance (quantitative and qualitative indicators) within the reporting framework
- Contribute to the brand Balanced scorecard consolidation to be presented at the brand top management
- Contribute to the internal communication: procurement projects, referenced suppliers, agreements conditions and procurement guidelines
- Develop best practices exchanges within other Brands and procurement teams of the Group


Job Requirements:

- Degree in finance, engineering, procurement sourcing, supply chain management

- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in procurement, with proven ability to develop and deliver a strategic vision with a clear understanding of indirect procurement management best practices and techniques

- Leadership, autonomy, proactivity, problem solving, analytical and persuasive abilities

- Excellent communication skills with all levels of organization and suppliers

- Fluent in Italian and English

- Experience in complex international environment and/or in Fashion / Luxury industry
