Type of Contract:**6-12 months fix-term contract with strong possibilities to become permanent**

Main duties:
To provide consistent and exceptional standard of customer expercience in the Patrizia Pepe Boutiques in the very heart of Florence.

The Role:
-To support the HQ Visual Merchandiser with shop window changes, according to company window schedule and send window change report to HQ Visual Merchandiser;
-To discuss with Store Manager the shop display plan and review the result at the end of the week, to maximise business potential.
-To create visually inspiring in-store and window displays which reflect and maintain the brand identity.
-To update in store display, maintain and feedback result to Store Manager and HQ Visual Merchandiser;
-To analyse, adjust, follow up shop display situation and feedback to Store Manager and HQ Visual Merchandiser;
-To train and support colleagues to improve display techniques including the visual merchandising orientation for new staff, and share display knowledge;
-To communicate and share window display theme and contents with store team for each window change,
-To be responsible for store display assets management including keep updated display tools and props list (mannequins,display tools, hangers etc) and the maintenance of these tools;
-To analyse slow movers/best sellers and propose display/layout changes to Store Managers;
-To support stock management and inventory activities as requested;
-To go the “extra mile” to meet targets;


The Candidate:
-Fluent in Italian (written & spoken) is essential;
-Fluent in English (written & spoken) is preferred;
-Fashion Retail  Industry experience;
-Strong knowledge and interest in fashion and seasonal trends;
-Ability to organize, plan and prioritize;
-Great customer service skills and problem solving;
-Good standard of numeracy;
-Dynamic, highly creative and organized;
 -Strong follow up, follow through and attention to detail to ensure deadlines are met;
 -Exceptional customer service skills along with transparent and effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills;
