ROLE MISSION
 
The HR Development Intern will support the HR Talent Acquisition & Development Department for all the activities related to recruitment, training and development
 
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
 
* support all the recruiting phases, in particular job postings and applications screening
* collect and organize data on talent acquisition
* support the on boarding programs for the new employees
* support Performance Management process and tool
* help in the organization of training activities
* support Employee Opinion Survey process and tool
* maintain database of employees

Profilo

KEY REQUIREMENTS
 
-   Master degree
-   Specialization/Master in HR related topics
-   Fluent in English
-   Basic knowledge of Italian
-   An international experience is a plus
-   Proficient in Excel, Power Point
-   Digital savvy is a plus
