Position: E-COMMERCE SPECIALIST
Location: Milan (Italy)
We are looking for a highly motivated candidate, solution-oriented, passionate about fashion, able to manage the online store in order to maximize sales performance and identify online opportunities
Responsibilities will include:
•Manage and update all e-commerce operations: product catalogues, product descriptions and contents, newsletters, sales, etc
•Monitor and maximize online sales performances
•Partner with other company departments and external suppliers ensuring the proper execution of the online business strategy
•Analyze online sales performances by product/by country and the relevant reporting on a daily/weekly/monthly basis
•Identify new opportunities across different countries
•Ensure constant improvement on the website experience based on quantitative and qualitative data analysis in order to improve the customer experience
•Implement and analyze sales and promotional campaign activities
•Monitor market trends and competitors activities
- Bachelor's Degree
- E-Commerce experience in the fashion & luxury industry managing an online store is essential
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, internet, and web-based applications
- Analytical mindset, detail-oriented and team player
- Ability to analyze problems and develop solutions
- Ability to organize the workload and set priorities
- Fluent English
