THE ROLE
The District Manager is responsible to develop and manage a successful team of professionals committed to ensure an outstanding level of customer experience maximizing the store profitability by setting and achieving key targets and KPIs respecting brand equity and sustainability.

Profilo

 Main responsibilities:

Business Development
 Drive sales and meet or exceed store financial targets through leading the store teams to achieve excellent customer experience
Drive actions aimed to improve sales growth and profitability for each store;       Manage sales KPI’s as the main business development tool at all time.
 Build constructive relationships with cross-functional partners (Planning & Allocation, Finance, HR Construction, IT and Marketing) to be aligned on merchandising and operational strategies aimed to drive growth as well as improve store efficiency and customer experience;
 Bring the voice of the stores and customers through structured reporting to The Retail Regional Manager to have a true vision of the market in terms of efficiency and profitability.
 Constant presence in the field to ensure the direct contact with Store Managers to create team spirit and alignment on performance.
 
 People Development:
 Recruit, develop and manage strong store management teams for all new or existing stores individuating key responsibilities and best practices.
 Coaching new Store Managers on brand values, retail strategies and initiatives, Service
Model and Customer experience guidelines 
 Constant monitoring and evaluation of the Store Managers and teams, sharing evaluation results with the Retail Manager to identify talents recognizing exceptional performances, as well as taking actions towards not performing members. 
 Motivate the store team to do the best to meet business objectives and encourages ideas and innovative problem solving.
Foster a positive work environment that encourages ideas and innovative problem solving.
 Ensure a correct allocation of store shifts and use of working hours to reach full efficiency and respect payroll budgets.
Customer experience
 Ensure customer experience guidelines are respected in all the areas: service model, visual, appearance and customers Benefeet program
Use of mystery shop results as a tool to improve customer experience
 Transfers to his local team a high vitality and a compelling vision of brand store experience in order to make customers breath this energy. 
              Assist Store Managers in training, coaching and developing excellent customer service standards.
 He is the Brand Ambassador transferring to all stores  image, values, DNA and vision, , patents and collections.
 Continually identify innovative strategies and initiatives that drive client loyalty respecting brand equity and sustainability.
 
 Visual, Operations and Maintenance 
Conduct store visit to ensure visual and operational standards are met.
 Ensures stores maintain and comply with all corporate directives (Marketing, Merchandising, Visual, HR, Loss Prevention)
Monitor stores expenses to ensure alignment with store budgets.Ensure a safe working environment to respect staff and customer wellbeing 
 Constant contact with Creative/Visual and Store operations team to ensure visual excellence in all stores through effective and efficient communication, tools and resources.
