She/he ensures customers satisfaction and solves customers problems.

Responsabilities:

- Support the CS Manager to optimise and improve the actual customers structure;
- Monitor and manage of orders, with relative reports an queries;
- Elaborate and to check selling statistics and delivery terms;
- Update all customers data (addresses, phone and fax number)
- Manage and control of orders confirmations;
- Communicate all the changes on orders done by the Company or by customers;
- Manage all reorders;
- Satisfy, if possible, all customers requests;

Education: High School

IT: MS Office

Languages: Fluent English and French
