Descrizione del posto

The person will be responsible, on a worldwide level, for all the projects related to Customer Relationship Management -such as loyalty increase, spending increase, new clients and prospect development, retention and client's re-activation, customers' assignation to stores & sales advisors- and all Retail Performance analysis.
*    Execution and monitoring of CRM strategy with targeted action plans for both Bespoke and Ready-to-wear clientele
*    Target definition, campaign execution and results monitoring of all clienteling activities 
*    Ad-hoc analysis on trends, product, cross channel and redemption
*    CRM database cleaning
*    Definition and oversee of in-store Clienteling activities
*    CRM and Clienteling training in store
*    CRM & KPIs reporting
*    Reporting on store staff individual sales performances
*    All retail related regular and ad hoc Performance Analysis
*    Support and coordinate the implementation of Retail Digital tools (Dashboards, Analysis tools etc.)
*    Liaise with Kering Corporate for the implementation of CRM related systems and tools


*    3 years prior experience in a similar role
*    Fluent English, Italian is a plus
*    Advanced MS Excel Skills
*    Strong sense of priorities and problem-solving attitude
*    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
*    Ability to regularly meet tough deadlines and handle a high volume of tasks
*    Ability to work in a dynamic and complex environment
