Role Mission
Based in Milan, the Corporate Communications Specialist will directly report into the Director of Corporate and Internal Communications, with the aim of supporting the team in a series of projects and activities destined to further reinforce the distinctive positioning of the Gucci brand, proactively and reactively, towards a corporate external audience.
The Corporate Communications Specialist will have the unique opportunity to join the hottest and the best performing luxury fashion brand, working  in tight and daily collaboration and coordination with the following teams/departments:
- corporate teams of the Marketing & Communications Dept
- regional Marketing & Communications teams
- key departments within the company
- Kering Corporate Communications and Kering Financial Communications
Key Accountabilities
The Corporate Communications Specialist will be deeply involved and provide her/his support in a series of key projects and activities, including the following:
- Daily press review
- Constant two-way relationship with Kering Corporate Communications
- Recording, monitoring and overseeing of the cost center of the area, dealing with Finance and Administrative depts
- Supporting the definition and implementation of communication plans for specific and ad-hoc corporate communication projects
- Contributing in drafting corporate statements and press releases
- Preparing briefing packages for external speaking opportunities of Top Executives of the company (interviews, speeches, round tables, conversations)
- Identify, managing and follow-up crisis communications, dealing with different departments of the company and external stakeholders He/she will also be responsible for the development, implementation and daily management of new projects in the pipeline


Key Requirements
- She/he is a self-motivated, enthusiastic, curious and goal-oriented individual, with strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills
- Able to work independently, as a team player, flexible, self-starter and able to juggle multiple tasks in a time-sensitive and fast paced environment
- Capable to work in multicultural contexts requiring flexibility, adaptability, and interaction with Italian and foreign interlocutors
- Accuracy and respect of the deadline, global mindset
- Nurtured passion for the corporate side of the luxury industry and sharp eye for aesthetics
- Solid knowledge of the main WW Corporate Fashion Media, with a proven awareness and sensitivity on the following aspects: corporate/business side of the industry, main financial dynamics, trajectories and figures of the principle Italian and global players of the luxury fashion arena
- A previous, valuable experience in one of more of the following areas is paramount: corporate and/or finance communications, investor relations, corporate text editor/writer
- Good familiarity with the key industry institutions, stakeholders and players is appreciated
- Proven ability to deal with crisis communication is key
- Fluent English is a must, both written and spoken. French is a plus
