Working hours: PT (24h) Weekend included
Type of Contract:**6-12 months fix-term contract with strong possibilities to become permanent**

Main duties:
To provide consistent and exceptional standard of customer service in the Patrizia Pepe Boutique in the very heart of Bologna.

The Role:
-To provide product, promotion, and pricing information by clarifying customer request;
-To manage promotional allowance, rebate, and pricing discrepancies by researching promotion details and regular and special prices;
-To approach customers and offer them advice and support on product to persuade them to buy;
-To understand and be able to advise customers on smart professional dress and appearance;
-To develop enduring relationships with clients;
-To maximise sales for the Boutique;
-To resolve order and inventory problems by investigating data and history;
-To handle returns of merchandise;
-To maintain a clean and orderly environment in the Boutique at the highest standard;
-To support the team on the general operations of the Patrizia Pepe Boutique;
-Arrange merchandise on shelves according to popularity and other criteria;
-Operate cash registers and close daily revenues;
-To maintain customer database by inputting customer profile and updates;
-Go the “extra mile” to meet targets;


-Fluent in Italian (written & spoken) is essential;
-Fluent in English (written & spoken) is preferred;
-Retail or service industry experience;
-Ability in Visual Merchandising
-Ability to communicate and inspire customers & store colleagues;
-Great customer service skills and problem solving;
-Good standard of numeracy;
-To be able to motivate, manage and lead your team;
-Strong organisational skills;
-Dynamic and creative;
