Role Mission
The candidate will support the AMQ RTW strategy managing all the activities related to the production from the launch to the delivery of the finished product to the distribution warehouse. He/she will interface with merchandising and demand planning teams, raw material purchasing, pattern making, and product development offices, quality inspectors, warehouses, external laboratories, in order to ensure the production delivery in line with the volumes, timing and quality standards.
Key Accountabilities
- Handle the production process by ensuring the company results
- Define the Production Plan together with RTW Operations, Merchandising and Demand Planning Departments
- Assign the production orders to the appropriate suppliers
- Ensure that suppliers receive forecasts launch
- Collaborate with the purchasing raw materials offices and the warehouse in order to plan and guarantee the raw materials shipment to the suppliers
- Check the production progress and laboratories delivery
- Collaborate with product development department, pattern making office and with the quality control team in order to better coordinate the production progress and fix any technical problems during the garments' production
- Manage the shipping planning of finished goods to the distribution warehouse
- Cooperate with the Product Compliance Department in order to ensure all the procedures, materials and sewing activities are compliant with the Italian and foreign rules
- Participate in regular operations meetings with CEO, Merchandising and Demand Planning, ensuring all the reporting and analysis needed
- Renew the processes if necessary in order to better support the strategy
- Work closely with the other departments for new potential special projects launched during the usual collection production
- Improve the current operating system management
- Develop the team and enhance a cooperative approach with all departments


Key Requirements
- At least 5/7 years' experience in a production team Coordinator role
- Good knowledge of clothing technique and production process in the RTW/textile sector
- Proficient in Italian and English, other languages knowledge would be a plus
- Proficient with MS Office
- Strong analytical skills and synthesis ability
- Team Management and good relational skills
- Excellent communication skills, good eye for details and high level of accuracy
