This position is located near Innsbruck, Tyrol, Austria. Please do only apply if you are open to relocation.
In this role, you will be supporting in the co-ordination of dedicated marketing and product initiatives with the purpose to align Swarovski’s activities in a broad portfolio of segments in the luxury, fashion & lifestyle industry.
You will be participating in various strategic projects on a global level working directly with the Director of Segment Management.
Your main responsibilities will include:
•Independently co-ordinate and issue segment sales performance and best practice updates to organization
•Perform thorough ROI analysis to drive meaningful performance improvements
•Horizontally align roll-out and go-to-market of individual segment activities and product launches with markets & senior leaders in global HQ organization
•Conduct database analysis and desktop research for selected studies
•Work with individual Segment Managers to generate customer-friendly presentations, offering market insight as a service to our clients
•Support in the communication of strategic initiatives through developing effective storylines in presentations and tactical writing
Furthermore, your profile includes the following:
- Strong academic performance ideally in marketing, International Business Management or fashion/ luxury goods management with first professional work experience preferably in consumer goods businesses, consulting or FMCG
- Hands-on mentality with a high ability to think strategically and critically
- Strong communication, networking & project management skills
- Excellent English language skills, German is a plus
- Willingness to relocate to Tyrol, Innsbruck area (we support relocation)

As required by law, we advise that the collectively agreed base annual salary for this position is set at a minimum of € 38.600,- gross. Our actual salaries are market competitive, and take individual qualifications and experience into account.
